groups Sequential Approver Groups
Predefined per-item groups of approvers with a unique tier order. When a request uses a group, each approver can only act after the previous tier in the group has approved.
edit_note Email Templates
Customize the subject and body of each notification email. Use the placeholder chips to insert dynamic content, and {{ticketLink}} for a button that opens the request directly. Leave a template blank to use the built-in default.
HTML mode: write full HTML (e.g. <p>, <a href="{{ticketLink}}">). Placeholders still work; their values are auto-escaped. Include your own link/button using {{ticketLink}}.

sync Trello Integration
When an item is fully approved, the check item with the same name inside the card's "Approvals" checklist is checked automatically. Requires the request's Trello link to point to a card (https://trello.com/c/...). Get your key and token at trello.com/power-ups/admin (create a Power-Up → API key → manually generate a Token).
mail Email Notifications
Sends every in-app notification (assignment, your turn, due-soon, approver actions, completion, mentions) and new access-request alerts as email too. Requires the Firebase "Trigger Email from Firestore" extension installed on your project, watching the collection named below. SMTP credentials are configured in the extension, never here.
dns Cloud Functions Backend
Turn this on only after deploying the Cloud Functions (see the deployment guide). When active, the server securely owns the Trello token, real-time due-date reminders and auto-approvals — the browser no longer handles them, and the Trello token is never readable by any client.
